Mozzarella di Michael Experience at The Winery in Breinigsville – SOLD OUT!

Clover Hill is thrilled to welcome Mozzarella di Michael for another fun and food-filled afternoon party.
This unique three-hour event includes a welcome champagne cocktail made with Clover Hill wine and a specialty drink made with Clover Hill Spirits.
Audience participation is encouraged! Everyone will have the opportunity to get involved in a mozzarella-making lesson. You’ll learn how to use the mozzarella to create a variety of simple and delicious appetizer plates:
– Ciabatta bread sandwiches (created by you!)
– Marinated mozzarella with roasted peppers, tomatoes, pesto, artichokes, basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and garlic (or create your own!)
– Fresh-sliced imported sweet and hot soppressata; Prosciutto di Parma and mortadella; and dry salami
– Roasted peppers, marinated artichokes, a selection of tapenades, sun-dried tomatoes, hot peppers, banana peppers, kalamata olives, garlic olives, cherry tomato salad, baked peaches, fresh figs and strawberries
– Imported asiago and ricotta salata cheese
– Broccoli rabe, stuffed peppadews with asiago cheese, pepperoncini peppers, beet salad and ricotta, and Italian bread
– Italian-style mozzarella sushi rolls (created by you!)
– Giovanni’s homemade reduced balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil

Clover Hill is raising the bar on Bloody Marys. We think this beloved brunch cocktail deserves its own flight – with a twist.
Say hello to Mini Marys made with Clover Hill Spirits and garnished with foods from local businesses!
Each flight will include the following 3-4 oz. Mini Marys:
– Farmers Field Bloody Mary garnished with locally-grown garden veggies from Bleiler’s Produce Patch
– PA Proud Bloody Mary garnished with a Dietrich’s Meats kielbasa stick and a local pierogi
– Breakfast Bloody Mary garnished with a mini bagel from 3 Men and a Bagel, a bacon strip and an orange slice

Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery and Cuz’n Vinny’s Homemade Pasta are joining forces for a Sunday afternoon Pasta Bowl Pop Up. Your ticket includes a bowl of homemade pasta and a glass of wine of your choice from our wine lists.
Your pasta bowl choices are:
– Fettucine with Alfredo Sauce
– Penne Pasta with Basil Pesto Parmesan Olive Oil
Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs and fresh made Cannoli also will be available a la cart for an additional charge.

Full Moon Yoga Flow and Fill Up Your Glass

Friday, March 14 at 5:30 p.m.

Celebrate the power of the moon and the health benefits of movement during our one-hour all-levels Full Moon Yoga class led by Gabby from Vibe Power Yoga and held at The Winery in Breinigsville.
This month we honor the Worm Moon, a symbol of Earth’s awakening as Spring approaches. This is the time to find balance in your life and to clear any clutter – physical, mental, emotional – that may need to be released.
Yogis under the age of 21 are welcome to attend. After class, enjoy a complimentary beverage and light appetizers. Your ticket also gives you 10% off any wine purchases that evening.

Family Nights are back for 2025! Starting Thursday, May 1 and continuing every Thursday in May, June, July and August, families and friends of all ages are invited to enjoy a summer evening by the vineyard. We’ll have a food truck and live music each Thursday evening, plus some other surprises along the way.

Life is full of beautiful moments. Preserve them this Mother’s Day with a professional mini photo session at Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery. Award-winning photographer Jim Gavenus will capture your family’s special memories with mom during a 30-minute photo session. Maximum of 8 people per session.
