Third Annual Burning of the Cuttings

Join us for our third annual Burning of the Cuttings – a long-standing French tradition where the winter vineyard prunings (called ‘canes’) are collected and burned, decreasing the risk of spreading disease, parasites, mold and mildew in the vineyard, and adding nutrients back to the soil. There is no charge to enjoy Burning of the Cuttings.

This year for Mother’s Day, give mom the gift of a professional mini photo session at Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery. Award-winning photographer Jim Gavenus will capture your family’s special memories with mom during a 30-minute photo session. Maximum of 8 people per session.
Photos will be taken in the vineyard by a floral display from Bloem Acres Flower Farm. In case of inclement weather, photos will be taken by the floral display inside the winery. Digital photos with basic editing will be emailed within one week to a designated contact person per session. Reservations are required.
