Winery Tours at The Winery in Breinigsville

Clover Hill Spirits Distillery Debut

Saturday, Nov. 30 & Sunday, Dec. 1
12-4 p.m. each day

We are opening a brand new chapter of Clover Hill history …the debut of Clover Hill Spirits!
Located on the winery property in Breinigsville, the Clover Hill Spirits distillery once housed the original production area and tasting room of Clover Hill Winery.
During our debut weekend, we’ll offer complimentary tours of the distillery building each day at 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. The tours will include a barrel sample brandy tasting and snacks from The Buttered Crumb.
The following cocktails made with Clover Hill Spirits will be available for purchase:
– Old Fashioned with Brandy
– Fireside with Vodka
– Apple Cider Crush with White Brandy
Music, food trucks and Shop Small specials round out the distillery celebration weekend, which is also the official beginning of the holiday shopping season!

‘Tis the season to pair and serve delicious food and wine. That’s why we’re partnering with Cuz’n Vinny’s Homemade Pastas to bring you a Holiday Pasta Pairing.
Each flight will include:
– One Apple/Cranberry Walnut Ravioli with a cranberry sauce topped with toasted walnuts and paired with Blanc Rouge
– One Pumpkin Smoked Gouda Ravioli in bacon brown butter topped with balsamic glaze and paired with Cabernet Sauvignon

Light the Lane at The Winery in Breinigsville

Save the dates and join Clover Hill as we Light the Lane in Breinigsville. This event is a tribute to Clover Hill founder, John Skrip Jr., who passed away from a sudden heart attack in August 2020. Years ago, John Jr. and his wife, Pat, would Light the Lane at Christmas for their kids and neighbors to enjoy. It always was a special time for John and his family, and now we look forward to sharing the Clover Hill love with you.

Luminary bags shining bright in honor of loved ones will be available soon for advanced purchase. All money collected from the sale of luminary bags will be donated to The Salvation Army, one of John Jr.’s favorite organizations.

Full Moon Yoga Flow and Fill Up Your Glass

Celebrate the power of the moon and the health benefits of movement during our one-hour all-levels Full Moon Yoga class led by Gabby from Vibe Power Yoga and held at The Winery in Breinigsville. Clover Hill is thrilled to welcome Mozzarella di Michael for another fun- and food-filled afternoon party.
This unique three-hour event includes a welcome champagne cocktail made with Clover Hill wine and a specialty drink made with Clover Hill Spirits.
Audience participation is encouraged! Everyone will have the opportunity to get involved in a mozzarella-making lesson. You’ll learn how to use the mozzarella to create a variety of simple and delicious appetizer plates:
– Ciabatta bread sandwiches (created by you!)
– Marinated mozzarella with roasted peppers, tomatoes, pesto, artichokes, basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and garlic (or create your own!)
– Fresh-sliced imported sweet and hot soppressata; Prosciutto di Parma and mortadella; and dry salami
– Roasted peppers, marinated artichokes, a selection of tapenades, sun-dried tomatoes, hot peppers, banana peppers, kalamata olives, garlic olives, cherry tomato salad, baked peaches, fresh figs and strawberries
– Imported asiago and ricotta salata cheese
– Broccoli rabe, stuffed peppadews with asiago cheese, pepperoncini peppers, beet salad and ricotta, and Italian bread
– Italian-style mozzarella sushi rolls (created by you!)
– Giovanni’s homemade reduced balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
